Countries & Policy
We currently accept returns and exchanges in Kuwait.

Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Condition
Items must be returned in new, unused condition, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Method & Fees

  • Returns can be made in store or at an approved drop-off location.

  • No restocking fees apply.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after approval, though additional bank/card delays may occur.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges. To exchange an item, return the unwanted item first (after approval), then place a new order.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Undergarments and lingerie

  • Swimwear

  • Opened/used beauty and personal care products

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items
