Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Coverage

We currently deliver only within Kuwait.

 

2. Processing & Delivery Time

- Processing Days: Saturday–Thursday (no processing on Fridays or official public holidays).

- Standard Delivery Time: Within 48 hours (2 working days) from the time the order enters processing.

- During peak periods (Ramadan, Eid, National Holidays) or high order volume, slight delays may occur. We will update you by email if an order is affected.

 

3. Delivery Fees

- Delivery starts from 1.000 KWD and may vary by area or distance.

- Some items or promotions are marked Free Delivery (clearly indicated on the product or during checkout).

- Free Delivery Threshold: Orders of 19.900 KWD or more (eligible items subtotal, after discounts) may qualify for free delivery when this offer is active and visibly indicated.

- If multiple promotions apply, the best eligible delivery offer will be applied automatically.

 

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is currently available with no surcharge. We may introduce limits or verification steps in future if needed for security or fraud prevention.

 

5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

- You receive an order confirmation email after checkout.

- A shipment / out-for-delivery email is sent once the parcel is dispatched.

- For now, tracking updates are provided via email; SMS/WhatsApp tracking may be added later.

 

6. Delivery Attempts

- Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

- If you are unavailable, we will contact you to reschedule. We do not leave packages with third parties or at the door unless you explicitly authorise it in writing (email reply).

- After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the order may be returned to us. We can re-ship upon request (standard delivery fee applies unless a free-shipping promotion is still valid at that time).

 

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure the address, area, block, street, building/house number, floor and contact number are accurate at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses can cause delay. We reserve the right to request clarification before dispatch.

 

8. Peak & Holiday Periods

During Ramadan, Eid and National Holidays, processing or courier capacity may slow. Allow extra time. We post advisory notices on the site when delays are expected.

 

9. Restricted / Special Items

Currently no special surcharges for bulky or heavy items. If future product categories require extra handling (e.g. very large appliances), an updated note will appear here before such items go live.

 

10. Risk & Title

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon courier delivery scan and customer signature (or authorised recipient signature). Please inspect the package externally before signing where practical.

 

11. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Inspect your delivery after receiving it. If an item is:

- Damaged on arrival

- Missing from the package

- Not the item ordered

 

Email us (or reply to the shipment email) within 48 hours with your order number, photos (if damaged), and description. We will arrange a replacement or corrective action according to our forthcoming Returns & Warranty Policy.

 

12. Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept pure change-of-mind returns—especially where items have been opened or used—unless clearly stated on the product page. Defective / wrong item scenarios are always covered.

 

13. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before the order moves to “Processing / Packed.” If the order has already been dispatched, standard return rules apply. Contact support promptly for the best chance of cancellation.

Do you deliver outside Kuwait?

No. Delivery is currently limited to Kuwait only.

 

How long does delivery take?
