How to Place an Order

Placing an order on Uroody is simple and secure:

  • Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout
  • Enter your delivery information and contact details
  • Choose your preferred payment method
  • Review your order and complete the payment

  • KNET: Kuwait's national payment gateway for secure local transactions
  • Visa: International credit and debit cards

Order Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.

Delivery Information

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all areas within Kuwait. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Days: Saturday through Thursday
  • Delivery Timeline: 24–48 hours from order confirmation
  • Public Holidays: Please note that deliveries may be delayed during public holidays and official closures

Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification via email and SMS. You can track your order status in real-time using the tracking link provided.

If you have any questions about your order status, please contact our customer support team with your order number.

Returns & Refund Policy

Return Window

You may return eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Unopened with all original packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the original invoice

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Claim Warranty

To claim warranty service:

  • Our team will guide you through the warranty claim process
  • We will coordinate with the manufacturer or authorized service center on your behalf

Please retain your original invoice as proof of purchase for all warranty claims.

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number to request cancellation.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery or return the item according to our returns policy once you receive it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  • Do not open or use the product
  • Take clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage
  • Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund immediately. In cases of damaged items, we will also arrange for pickup of the damaged product at no cost to you.
